Visiting upstate New York was an exciting and fresh opportunity to visit a part of the U.S. that we pretty much never have set our feet before. We never thought we would have such a good time in the Capital District of New York.
We made a last minute decision to visit Boston at the end of the summer. Finding a hotel at a reasonable price was not an easy task. Even budget hotels were priced high.
Overall I like the Denver International Airport, but as it is a United hub with more and more traffic, it’s very prone to delays and cancellations. That’s the reason I got to experience a night at this hotel.

If there’s one town where I wouldn’t mind buying a second home and retiring, it’s in the small summer resort town of Särö on the west coast of Sweden, located just south of Göteborg.
Very few locals in Honolulu and east Oahu know that there are actually 3 chain hotels located in the heart of Kapolei on west Oahu. Common response is why? So I went to find out.
Although this hotel is part of the Marriott chain, we couldn’t tell. The Jacquard is part of the Autograph Collection, which is high-end and independently branded. Rarely do we stay this high-end, but we had Marriott points to splurge with.
